Where i have i been??

Ok...... so I know I have been MIA for a fair while but I feel the time is right for me to return and with that, I would like to explain where I have been??

So at the start of this year, I had been poorly for quite a while and the DR finally diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia, it has taken a lot to come to terms with the fact that the pain I am in will never go away and is something I have to just learn to live with, well manage with.

There has been ups and downs and constant trips to the DRS and many different medications to try, some has been helpful some not so much anyway things finally started to level out then i sadly lost my Dad which has been very hard actually accept but I do finally feel this is the right time to make a return to something I really enjoy doing and hope that this will help me even more.

I have some film reviews and book reviews in the pipeline so there will be some new content coming your way as well.

Thank you for reading and thank you all for bearing with me.

I still remember by  Priya Prithviraj. Blog Tour. Title:  I Still Remember Genre : Contemporary Romance/ Coming-of-Age Age category : Young Adult Release date : May 14, 2017 How do you forget someone you’ve loved once? Ji-woo dreams of becoming a writer and is back in college giving it a second shot. But then Weon-gyu, her first love, comes back into her new life. Will she give up on her dreams or will she write them a happy ending? So… this book is a nice short read, something nice and easy to pick up. I read this on holiday and I wanted something that I could get stuck into but something that wasn’t going to take all my time up if I got stuck into it and to be honest this book did just that I actually finished it in 2 nights. For me personally, I would have liked a bit more background on the characters that are in the book so we could relate to them a bit more. I liked how to story is about a love you once had can turn up at ...

Grace after Henry by Eithne Shortall - Blog tour.

Grace after Henry by Eithne Shortall.   Grace sees her boyfriend Henry everywhere. In the supermarket, on the street, at the graveyard. Only Henry is dead. He died two months earlier, leaving a huge hole in Grace's life and in her heart. But then Henry turns up to fix the boiler one evening, and Grace can't decide if she's hallucinating or has suddenly developed psychic powers. Grace isn't going mad - the man in front of her is not Henry at all, but someone else who looks uncannily like him. The hole in Grace's heart grows ever larger. Grace becomes captivated by this stranger, Andy - to her, he is Henry, and yet he is not. Reminded of everything she once had, can Grace recreate that lost love with Andy, resurrecting Henry in the process, or does loving Andy mean letting go of Henry?                                                     ...

Strangers by C L Taylor - Blog tour. Ursula thinks she killed the love of her life. Gareth's been receiving strange postcards. And Alice is being stalked. None of them are used to relying on others - but when the three strangers' lives unexpectedly collide, there's only one thing for it: they have to stick together. Otherwise, one of them will die. Three strangers, two secrets, one terrifying evening. ✮   ✮   So I would like to start by saying a big thank you to the publisher Avon  for sending me a copy of the book to read and review as part of this blog tour. Strangers starts off very strong by telling you the ending first and I loved that, I think it was a very good thing to do, it is very well written and has you thinking right from the start. C.L. Taylor is a very talented author and this book showcases that perfectly. It has the right amount of tension, it keeps you guessing from beginning to end and has an interesting plot and c...
