The fault in our stars by John Green book/movie review.

The fault in our stars by John Green book review.

Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten.

Insightful, bold, irreverent, and raw, The Fault in Our Stars is award-winning author John Green's most ambitious and heartbreaking work yet, brilliantly exploring the funny, thrilling, and tragic business of being alive and in love.

So if you have read some of my blog before you know that most the books i read is thrillers/horror but i heard so many good things about this book that i had to give it ago and i am so glad i did!

The fault in our stars is just beautifully written by John Green, you really get know the characters, you laugh and cry with them i honestly can not fault the writing and can i just point out the quotes in this book well what can i say? They talk for themselves!

John Green is an amazing writer, he is great at building suspense when and where it is needed, He also knows how to hit you in the gut raw emotion. He also throws in lots of humour which most defiantly welcome to break up emotionally sad moments.

I have to admit i had to have the tissues to hand and from what I've heard a lot of people did.
This book basically touches upon every emotional subject is can:
The dreaded C word cancer, death, loss of sight, loss of loved ones, love, thoughts of the afterlife and the most important one is shows you from one girls view what it is like to live through and what feels like to know you are dying.

Honestly there is int much more i can say about this book, it really is emotional but i would defiantly recommend reading it, it has opened me up to trying new books that wouldn't normally get my attention and i know it sounds cliche but it has made me look at life a little bit different.

If you do get this book enjoy and leave me a comment on what you thought!

My rating is: ✮ ✮ ✮ ✮

I still remember - Review - Blog Tour.

I still remember by  Priya Prithviraj. Blog Tour. Title:  I Still Remember Genre : Contemporary Romance/ Coming-of-Age Age category : Young Adult Release date : May 14, 2017 How do you forget someone you’ve loved once? Ji-woo dreams of becoming a writer and is back in college giving it a second shot. But then Weon-gyu, her first love, comes back into her new life. Will she give up on her dreams or will she write them a happy ending? So… this book is a nice short read, something nice and easy to pick up. I read this on holiday and I wanted something that I could get stuck into but something that wasn’t going to take all my time up if I got stuck into it and to be honest this book did just that I actually finished it in 2 nights. For me personally, I would have liked a bit more background on the characters that are in the book so we could relate to them a bit more. I liked how to story is about a love you once had can turn up at any time

But then Henry turns up to fix the boiler one evening, and Grace can't decide if she's hallucinating or has suddenly developed psychic powers.
